Customers who pay by monthly invoice will incur a $1.99 billing fee if usage is less than $20 that month. Customers who pay by credit card have no minimum usage requirement or monthly fee.

Opex Calling Card Rates There is a one-time set up fee of $0.99 for a calling card. Rate for domestic calls is $0.149 per-minute. There is a $0.35 surcharge when used from a payphone.

Billing

There is a fee of $2.50 if the monthly charges are under $20.00 in a month. Online and paper billing are free, however online and paper billing costs $1.99 per month.
